To support students throughout their academic journey, the Inclusive Engineering Foundation was established in 2021 to introduce and carryout significant programs and initiatives that serve to build a more diverse and equitable future in engineering. Within the founding year, IEF supported programs have allowed for 18 dedicated workshop sessions, providing six hundred total participants with focused training on anti-racism in engineering, diversity and inclusion, and best practices in hands-on education and remote labs. However, the need for IEF resources is growing.
