Committed to increasing diversity in engineering by fostering programs that increase the quantity and preparedness of African American, Hispanic, and Native American graduates in engineering fields with an additional emphasis on gender diversity.

The Inclusive Engineering Foundation (IEF) seeks to ensure the long-term viability of the Inclusive Engineering Consortium (IEC) and provide a stable source of program funding enabling new initiatives and activities supporting the growth and visibility of engineering education and resources for the minority-serving communities.

Vision

The Inclusive Engineering Foundation shares the IEC’s vision to strengthen the intellectual infrastructure underpinning engineering achievements and societal benefits realized through a healthy and vibrant community of minority-serving engineering educators, students and professionals.
